• Run one directly connected node per public IP address.
• On Windows, WSL must stay running. Startup at Windows boot is not configured.
• The testnet currently has a single validator; if it goes down, new blocks pause.
• Test TLR is for testing only and has no value.

No validator installer has been released and registration is not yet open. The follower node does not make you a validator, give staking or validator eligibility, or earn rewards.
